PositiveI would rate each of them 5 except for food. I would give that a 4 only because it could have been healthier. It usually had too much salt but it was tasty. We would absolutely recommend this community to others. I couldn't have found a better place for my father. I also appreciate your help in finding such a wonderful place.

PositiveEveryone there from the administrative to the kitchen to the nurses and aides, are all so kind and attentive to my mom. They all help out where needed, even if it's not their usual job. And they put real effort into making it a clean, comfortable, enjoyable, safe place to live. They have activities, music, and family events and are very open to include us in everything. And their food is great. My mom is very happy there.

CriticalThe part that sent me over the edge was when I walked in her room one night and her medication was spilled all over the floor. They never assisted her with using the rest room and rarely checked on her. Looking back she probably needed to be in a place that could provide her more care than they were set up for. However the lady from Walker's trail assured me she would be just fine there. At the time I knew nothing about these places and took her at her word.
