I was very disappointed

I was very disappointed with the facility. My mother lived there for about five years, only because there were no vacancies in other places that met her financial abilities. The rooms were okay, but the closets were very small. Most of the staff was nice, some were very nice, but the evening and night staff were usually understaffed and over worked. Medications were generally passed out late and just handed to the residents. Most residents complained about the food: small portions, lacking flavor, soggy bread, et…

It was in a nice area and we would recommend it to anybody

1 star, facility not informed on Respite care process and contact person named, I was told no one there had even heard of her. Wasted time

Outstanding Care for my mom

I like the care her for my mom. The staff are caring and very attentive to her needs. The menu seems to be appealing. I am happy knowing my mom is in great care. I like that they have activiites for her to participate with the other residents. We would highly recommend this community for other families.

My sisters and I toured this facility for care for our mom, and we had a great experience, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, we are considering care here for our mom. and thank you [Removed] for showing us around your facility.
