Thankful for the care

My uncle has been here for a while now. He has had an incredible difference since he moved in. He used to be withdrawn, but now he has a brighter outlook, enjoys participating in activities, and genuinely looks happier every time I visit. Seeing the positive changes means everything to us!

I stopped by to visit a friend. I left feeling good about the place. The staff was friendly and welcoming. My friend had been in a fun activity while I was there. She seems happy and is enjoying her time there.

Greatful for the compassionate care

My father spent the last two years of his life here and was in a caring and nurturing environment. As his health declines, the attention and care he received increased proportionally. When the end came amid the pandemic-related isolation of quarantiene, the staff and caregivers became his "family". We are foreve greatful to the nurses, aides, and administrators who took such great care of my dad.

An experience that was a mismatch with our needs

We selected The Winfield specifically for the level of care in assisted living - this was very important to us. Unfortunately, the level of staff training and approach to the residents was not what we thought it would be. There were a few great staff, but felt a level of hostility from the nursing leadership that led us to move our parent to another facility. Far less important to us was the quality of the food. Wonderful

Going to Winfield was the best decision we could've made. During the almost 2 1/2 years our mom was here, she received the the best - & caring & friendly - care. This staff goes beyond the "usual", & it shows. Communication was also excellent. Can't say enough, about this outstanding place!
