I didn't like that they raised the services rate one month after move in. Like the activities director keeping Mom busy with crafts and such and one of the nurses I like. Lots of new staff, seems to change monthly. Lost or missing several items including dentures and hearing aids. Doesn't seem that they even bother to look for them. Hearing is important especially with dementia. Food is a bit dry and not very warm. Some of the serving staff could use a personality. Facility is comfortable and clean at least. Just r…

My sister passed in Dec. I think she actually should gave had skilled nursing, rather than assisted living. While they indicated they could handle. I think the staffing issues preclude the best care. They tried and I think my sister would not have lived as long as she did if she was in a skilled nursing facility. I could be wrong but it was always on my mind
