I Need to digest all that I saw and will come back to visit soon. I was impressed with the staff and esp the new one and two bedroom ‘homes.’ Very bright, clean and spacious.

Review for Meadowstone Place

Yes, I recommend this place. For some reason, we have a number of people leaving. Some that I know of need more services. They don't serve meals here, but have a continental breakfast M-F as well as a monthly community dinner and a monthly potluck dinner, where the property provides the entrée. There are weekly outings on Wednesdays where they take residents on a bus to a shopping spot or two. Last week it was Walmart and Kroger, this week it's Central Market and TJ Maxx. Friendly Staff

The overall experience is that the residents go out there way to get to know you and are helpful in accommodating you to various activities. Warm atmosphere with nice accommodations. Residents are concern about their surroundings.

Great choice for the Active Senior

It is an active community and maintenance crews are very responsive. The grounds are kept well. The office staff is courteous and seem always glad to hear from me. Recently, Management has become much more communication oriented and not canceling scheduled events. The reason I don't feel like it is worth the money is because I'm kind of a loner so to date, I have not joined with any of the activities. They do not have 24 seven attendant, so they don’t meet the requirements for my VA assistance program. I’m not sure of this recommendation was made, but perhaps they’re considering of adding that service may have been the impetus!

Spacious apartments

Personally, I love it here. I'm in a 1-bedroom plus den unit, that is 1049 sq. ft. It's amply large enough. They do not have meals, except that they have a continental breakfast available M-F. But my kitchen is sufficiently large enough. I have a sideboard cabinet that I use to hold my small appliances. I have bedroom furniture in my den space for a guest bedroom.
