PositiveMy mother has been here for a couple of years but the last year has been wonderful. The attention to detail and compassion that my mother receives at this facility is so outstanding, I’m able to live my own life outside of caring for my mom. Her nurse [name removed] and her day time nurses aid [name removed] are wonderful. She mentions her l night time aid [name removed] as well. I couldn’t ask for better care.

CriticalI was trapped there for almost three months this Spring. Their M.O. seems to be to keep you there as long as they can so they can keep every bed filled as long as possible. My health was deteriorating while I was there due to {among other reasons} sleep deprivation. I have insomnia with a broken sleep pattern. CriticalThis is the most HORRIBLE nursing home on Long Island. My family member is in the rehab/ nursing home. The staff does not have a clue. They do not take care of their patients. They wait over an hour for a bedpan because the aides are lazy and can’t be bothered. They do not care!!
