PositiveOnly place that could take my mom because of her disability, My mom was on elderly waiver. She didn't need the extra diapers and said so. They just said we will use them in memory care. They would give us a donation slip. When she passed they claimed they couldn't give us a donation slip because they didn't keep track...it was a lot of boxes. Of course we had to pay back the state for them. They knew that. They just pulled some sneaky stuff.

CriticalMill City has a nice facility but is poorly managed. Employee turnover is beyond comprehension and staffing has not been able to provide the level of care that their revolving door of leaders insist on charging us for. I wouldn't argue that my parents require the contracted level of service but it is not provided. Somebody there needs to show some leadership and business acumen but it just bumbles along. CriticalIt is a clean, well kept Senior Living Center with all of the design elements and features of its Twin City counterparts. Systemic staffing shortages however strain the care givers there, sometimes leading to longer than expected wait times for resident assistance. Look for management change to improve staff attraction and retention.

PositiveOverall it has been a very good experience. Mom and dad like it there. Like all places they are short on staff, but staff they have have been wonderful. The rooms are large. They have a washer and dryer in each room. They have everything that they could need. My mom needs a lot of help and they are able to handle her needs.
