Smooth transition

The transition was better than expected. Staff has been great at every level, and the encouragement by the staff to do activities and during meals is appreciated.

Great value and a great facility

My dad is doing great! The staff is incredibly friendly. The apartment is nice and there is cleaning provided for my dad. The building site is undergoing some renovations to make it even nicer. The food is good and my dad seems satisfied with the options. Overall, the price is very good for the money as well, which is nice because so many places are very expensive.

Trevor gave us a great overview of life at New Perspectives in Faribault. We toured the 2 available rooms and saw the dining areas and activity rooms. We talked about the cost and guidelines of living there- we were given printed materials to take with us.

Move in and paperwork had a little bit of confusion but overall was good. The staff is very helpful and friendly. It is a very nice environment for Mom to be in and she is enjoying the people and activities.

I wasn’t looking forward to the tour. I am very independent and of course, I don’t want to give up my home and what I thought was my independence. I meet my tour guide, [name removed], and she instantly put me at ease. It was very evident as we toured that she is very involved with the residents. Everyone seemed happy to see her and greeted her with kindness and enthusiasm. She explained everything that was available and also explained my choices. Great New Home for Senior Living!

Both my parents lived at New Perspective a few years ago. When I would frequently visit them they always talked about this being home for them. They got to know and care for the staff and fellow residents. They loved their meals as portions were always very generous! They enjoyed going for outings on the bus. I would recommend your loved one or ones to take a tour, get to know the staff, try a home cooked meal and consider making New Perspective their new home!
