I think Modena did an excellent job in the sales process - they have a great sales director named [name removed] who is super passionate about the facility. The move in coordinator [name removed] made the process very simply and they are responsive and communicative.

CriticalFraudulent and Deceptive Practices
The Sheridan at Green Oaks is wholly incapable of caring for your loved one or family member and should not be trusted. Their deceptive practices exhibit a disturbing disregard for the wellbeing of the residents. My grandmother was a resident. The staff was deceptive throughout the tour and vetting process. They fraudulently induced my family to enter an agreement for the care of my grandmother. After a few days, it became clear that the facility and staff could not satisfy their contractual obligations. We exerc…

Overall very good attention to detail and to [name removed] needs. Very firm when needed by very fair in taking care of her hygiene needs. Staff is very responsive and support of making the best of the situation and making [name removed]feel at home as best as possible.

CriticalI would tell others that you have to provide almost everything for your room such as toiletries all furniture. The care is ok. The meals are not very good. They do not pay attention to the kind of foods they feed people who have medical issues such as diabetes who shouldn't have certain foods due to their medical condition.

I would give the facility an easy 5. All of the staff I've interacted with have been very nice and helpful. The facility is beautiful. His room is a nice size. The bathroom especially is spacious, even by assisted living standards. He hasn't really been going to activities despite my urging but he loves the food and is very prompt for every meal. I would definitely recommend them.
