The Ridge is very clean and beautifully decorated. The staff is very friendly, caring, and compassionate for all the residents. Food is excellent. Prepared fresh and you are served hot, healthy meals. Cannot say enough for staff..top notch. That is from director down.

The Ridge at Grandview

The Ridge at Grandeview is a comfortable place to live. In the memory part of the assisted living facility, virtually all units are studio apartments. Meals are tasty & they accommodate dietary restrictions & residents preferences. They have regular activities & machines for staying fit. There is a walled outdoor courtyard where residents can garden or just soak up the sun. The memory unit is locked always in order to keep residents safe. Our families experience

I would answer these all with 5. This is a really nice place, clean, food is good, staff is awesome. We would absolutely recommend the community to others! The rooms are cleaned once a week, laundry is done individually for each resident, hair dresser and nail salon on sight is good for residents. Doctor comes every week. We are very pleased thus far.

We are truly grateful for the wonderful care provided at The Ridge at Grandview. The administrators and entire staff are consistently kind, helpful, and compassionate. Being a smaller facility creates a strong sense of community, and it’s clear how much personal attention and genuine care my mother receives every day. Bad, bad, bad news

This community has gone downhill under the new leadership. The executive director is dismissive, and shows little regard for residents and especially their families. Transparency and trust have completely disappeared. If you’re considering this place for a loved one, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. The well-being of residents should come first, and it clearly does not here. SO thankful we found a much better facility
