PositiveStaff has been extremely friendly and very helpful anytime we needed anything. My in laws have enjoyed the food and activities. I think if there is any issues of concern it is the transportation situation. They have waited very long wait times when being pick up after doctor appointments I know there are multiple people going to doc visits but I think if anything could use a review of possible improvement I think that is all I have.

PositiveCommunity was spacious and well-kept. It offered a lot of activities for residents, which was nice. Did wish there was a microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer hook-up or one provided in each apartment. Also, [name removed] , who informed me about the community and gave me a tour was very friendly.
Response from the communityThank you for your feedback. We strive to provide a great tour experience. While we understand that some of the wishes in apartment amenities were not available, we strive to keep residents engaged in the daily activities in the community.

PositiveThe most attractive feature that made me ck it out in the snow we had was the price. I would save between $[removed]&$[removed]a month. The second was the larger rooms. The 820 traffic is a downer and the potholes in the streets are horrible but all things considered it's well worth the move

PositiveI went to five different places looking for independent living because where I am living now at Brookdale Eden it was over $[fee removed]. The morada and all of the services that I have now and the price is about $[fee removed]. The room is bigger almost twice as large. It has a stove and an oven and a full-size refrigerator and central air-conditioning. The amenities appeared to be fantastic in that. They have outings on a regular basis to places such as restaurants, museums and other places. You get three meals a…
