CriticalI wish I could give this place 0 stars! I recently visited and left in tears. This place is the filthiest, grossest nursing home I’ve ever seen. The carpets are stained everywhere throughout the building. All glass doors and windows are filthy and haven’t been cleaned in so long, residents doors look filthy and need paint. The board of health should be notified and investigate immediately!

Critical[name removed] is a great manager at Morada. When we toured, residents seemed well cared for and all seemed very comfortable in their spaces and activities.

PositiveI have been a resident at Morada in North Richland Hills, Texas since September 2025, I love living here. I would recommend Morada to anyone, including my on family members. I love that the staff here are very professional, pleasant, helpful and seem to care about the residents. I've been to other facilities in the past 2 years and they do not compare to where I am now. My experiences at other facilities was less than acceptable, mostly due to high staff turnover and their unprofessionalism, All the staff at Morada…

PositiveI would highly recommend the community to others for their loved ones. Everyone is so nice and the community feels like home for my loved one. The staff are very helpful if I ever have questions or concerns about my loved one. There are activities available for the residents to participate in if they choose to. My loved one likes the food and thinks it is good. There are outside seating areas available.
