I've not regretted moving my mom to Morado. She gets better care than she has ever had. Her room is the best room she's ever had. It's not fancy like other places but it is homey and it's clean and it isn't pricey like other places!!! I have a camera in her room and every time I have called to tell them that she needs help , they go to immediately. I even called one time at 3:30 in the morning and they answered the phone and most places don't answer their phone after hours. It's been very good for my mom. The staff…

She supposed to get one med three times a day, but due to staffing cuts as of yesterday they're telling her we're sorry we didn't get to you but we're shortstaffed. This is not appropriate. My mom was a resident at Morada from [date removed]. After shopping places in Midlothian and Waxahachie, we were grateful to find Morada. It was kept clean, smelled nice, the food was good and it was secure. There were lots of activities for the residents if they chose to participate. The best part was the compassionate staff.
