The facility is outdated and falling apart. [name removed] carpeting, mold, chair arms falling off, constant door alarms The staff is untrained and has nothing to lose (cna license, etc..) when they make errors. They have no radios to ask for help as leaving staff take them when they quit. Even management overturns often. The food is all from cans. All that was in their freezer was french fries. My loved one is currently a resident at Morning Pointe of Lenoir City and everything has been awesome for her at this facility so far! The food, staff and activities have been great and my loved one seems happy there. The facility is very homey and the staff seem very caring and kind. There are great outdoor spaces in both Assisted Living and at The Lantern, their Memory Care side. It's affordable and there are no hidden fees. They are fully staffed and have been continuously. I enjoyed my tour of this community. It was one of the community's I was considering for my mother to move too. The community looked nice, and the staff was kind. Unfortunately they did not have any rooms available at the moments, but my tour went well overall.

This community was very lovely and nice. The staff was nice and extremely helpful with everything. The problem was they were just to expensive and not willing to negotiate on the price at all.

The Lantern was home away from home for my elderly cousin.

Ate lunch (very good) and toured Morning Pointe. Very nice units, reasonable pricing. The only drawback I could see was the fact that everything was quite spread out, and my mother probably would have difficulty travelling the distances. Very nice community rooms and activity schedule!
