Morningside of Sterling

Beautiful, place with GREAT food. Friendly people there too! They have many things to keep the people there busy, and they all seemed very happy!

overall an awesome place to have take care of your loved one

My mom is quiet and doesn't leave her room. Just wish staff would make eye contact and say a few words to her. They say here is your lunch but don't look at her or engage except in very surface way. Even if one took an interest but no one has. Everyone is lovely and nice but just wish there was a bit more direct interaction. Most residents have family close but none of us is close so can't come as often as she needs

Can't say enough good things about the cna's. The RN staff not so much. They kept Dad long after he should have been moved to a nursing home.

Clean, friendly, beautiful amenities, Community was very active. Beautiful courtyard And all the residents were so friendly and welcoming. I would recommend morning side disturbing to friends and family best in our area and anywhere we've looked. Great staff always welcoming. Flexible and accommodating.

Great Place to be Taken Care of

My mom has been in Morningside for a few months now. The transition from living alone to assisted living has been easy. The place is top notch and mom is safe and surrounded by kind people. She enjoys the routines, she is never alone and the great nurses all know her name and greet her warmly. I’ve visited many places in the area and closer to me in Pittsburgh but this place is exceptional. In many ways Morningside has helped mom adjust to the next phase of her life. I’m thrilled to have help keeping her safe.

Overall very good place to be.

The only complaint is sometimes a lack of communication. My dad needs a lot of care and has fallen a lot. Staff seems very friendly and helpful. They are most concerned about the well being of the residents.
