They've been very good, although there have been many changes during the one year my mom has been at MorningStar. She was just transferred to the memory care floor last week so it's a whole new Odyssey beginning.

Wonderful Community

My 92 year old mom is very happy at MorningStar Observatory Park. She says it’s like living in a luxury hotel. The building is beautiful inside and out. The amenities are top-notch. The staff is very kind, friendly, and helpful. The special events are great (especially the beautiful Mother’s Day Tea and the super fun Casino Night). The food is excellent. Our experience

lots of turnover. it feels like a lot of money. But my mom is safe and generally happy and that is very important. Yes, I would recommend MorningStar at Observatory Park to other families based on the experience so far.

Genuine staff

Very attentive, very nice people and genuine. Great amenities very nice rooms. The size is average.

Beautiful facility, great caregivers, poor follow through

The location is great in a lovely neighborhood. Beautiful inside. Executive Director is responsive to feedback and concerns however his leadership team is inconsistent. Food in the dining room is average and service is very slow. Community relations started off great but transparency around cost and care planning has not been so far. My mom loves the food! My mom loves being so involved! The cost is very expensive. But it is nice knowing my mom is safe and cared for.
