Overall, we enjoyed the staff with exception of one nurse. The AIDS went out of their way to be helpful for [Name Removed]. The food was excellent and [Name Removed] was very picky about her food with her comments of it being very good. The room was accommodating and allowed placement of her furniture for familiarity. Aesthetics of the building were beautiful, and we were able to enjoy Christmas with Mulberry Gardens. One complaint was placement of the call button on the wall. PositiveWe were referred to Mulberry Gardens by A Place for Mom, and it was wonderful. We were racing against a discharge deadline from her AL home, and they saw us as soon as we were able to visit. Very warm staff and observed such positive interaction taking place with residents. My MIL is now a happy resident of Mulberry Gardens.

Visit often. Don't let the little things slip. I have had to stay on them regularly about the cleaning of her room.. it appears dusty often. Don't be afraid to speak up for your loved one They could improve by doing daily checks of residents rooms for cleanliness and the clothes they wear.
