Mustang Creek is a wonderful place!

The staff at Mustang Creek is great! They are always willing to assist me at anytime. Most of the time the food is tasty and seasoned well. I don't like the onion soup, collard greens, and a chicken dish they make. Other than that the food is delicious. [name removed] always has fun activities planned for us and plans different things. Overall I very pleased.

Not Certified in CPR

The facility in Burleson, did not have emergency pull cords in the rooms. There is a big turn around of employees probably due to lack of communication and consistency of upper management. The workers are not trained to have CPR training. I could go on and on but this is not the format for it.

My experience has been very good here. I'm very happy here at Mustang Creek Estates. Everyone is very nice. Food is very good. When I need something, the caregivers are right there to help! We have a lot of activities that I enjoy.

Beautiful facility and friendly staff, I would definitely place my loved ones here when they need the support. During our visit we met with staff members [Names Removed]. Extremely Disappointed

He was neglected at Mustang Creek Burleson. We can't recommend that place for anyone. He has food allergies and instead of trying to work with him and ask him what he could eat from their menu, if what they were serving for the day was something with gluten then they just didn't feed him. They didn't come by and ask, they didn't try. He is currently on hospice and the hospice provided fentanyl patches for him. He asked for the patches and they said they didn't have them when they clearly did. He fell in the floo…

Regarding dietary accommodations, we worked closely with your family, hospice team, and resident to provide meal options and nutritional support based on the information provided to us. While we strive to accommodate a wide variety of dietary needs, certain medical conditions can present unique challenges, and we continually evaluate how best to meet each resident's individual needs. We are also concerned by your comments regarding cleanliness, bruising, and medication handling. We have reviewed our records and found no reported fall incident involving your family member during his residency. Likewise, concerns regarding bruising were not reported to management during his stay. Had such concerns been brought to our attention, they would have been investigated immediately. Regarding medications, all medications, including discontinued controlled substances, are managed and disposed of according to established clinical protocols and applicable regulations. We recognize that caring for a loved one is deeply personal and emotional, and we never dismiss concerns raised by residents or family members. While we may have a different understanding of some of the events described, we remain committed to providing compassionate care and maintaining open communication with families.
