Overall experience has been great. Staff, though sometimes I think should be more, have been caring, helpful. Food leaves something to be desired. Bland , but understand the need.

Review for Mustang Creek Estates Flower Mound

MCE staff has been so accommodating and helpful in settling him into his new surroundings. He is engaged and participating in the events throughout the week. He feels welcome and the Exec. Director has gone above and beyond in coordinating his medication through the VA and it is going well thus far. Everyone is so nice. The facility is kept very clean and the other people living in the facility seem happy and engaged. His calendar is always full and equally, he has nice downtime as well. He even commented on how g…

Our experience

I appreciate the convenient location and friendliness of the staff. The common areas are well maintained but would like to see improvements in cleaning resident rooms and paper supplies.

Great communication

The communication up front on the process, what to expect, I like the smaller scale / house set up. Works well for my mom. They respond quickly to my questions.
