Felt very welcoming! Extremely clean, lots of group communal spaces. Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Know this senior living facility has many outside activities. My mother lived there in [Date Removed] when it was new (named Sterling House) and so nice - I was anxious to see how property itself has aged and it gets an A+. The facility was fine am sure just not we needed. We need a full memory care facility and this was not just assisted living.

The facility is clean, quiet, and comfortable. The apartments are very adequate and the staff is usually helpful and friendly.

Excellent Well Rounded Care!

My Dad has been a resident for 2.5 years. He says it’s a good place to be if you can’t live at home any longer, which speaks well of this assisted living facility and is so good for us to hear. He enjoys the staff and receives excellent care. He also enjoys the other residents and has made some good friends along the way. My first cousin by marriage is here and she loves it. I come to see her about once a month. I’m always kindly greeted and the building is always spotless. The staff have big hearts. [name removed] is always a pleasure to see. I’m thankful we have a place like Navion for Cleveland County.

Very clean

Well ran community. Locked doors, good food, beautiful center courtyard. Zero bad smells. I had lunch here with a resident and enjoyed the service and kindness from the staff. If I had a loved one who needed ALF, I’d choose Navion.
