PositiveThe staff is really nice and work hard but just like so many places they are under staffed. My mom usually has to wait at least 1/2 hours for help to go to the bathroom. Sometimes I think it is their paging system that does not work right.

PositiveMom is no longer in New Hope, but she loved her experience there! It is a wonderful place. We all loved new hope, the cost, the care and the convenience. They really treated her very well and if and when she needs to return, she will be asking to return there.

PositiveWe really like the feel of the place and the administrator as well as the nurse [name removed]. We also like the size and cost.

PositiveWe are very happy with New Hope Gracious Personal Care. The cleanliness is great and her personal hygiene is well taken care of too. The food is tremendous and she has been very happy with that. Her favorite is the ham and cabbage that they had on St. Patrick's day. They have a lot of good activities provided. It is expensive but it is worth is for the quality of care that she is receiving. The staff could not be any better. We have really had no complaints and would highly recommend them to others looking.
