My main reason for the high marks is their openness and compassion when deciding if NP was a good fit for my mom. She had a history of mental illness and NP, unlike to other locations like Sunrise and Ciel, were unbiased and willing to wait to evaluate my mom before making a decisions. Those other locations, and one other in Lake Zurich, would not even evaluate her! Just sad and terrible but NP and[Name Removed] and [Name Removed] were SO kind and compassionate. The overall experience is a 4 because their communication could be better. However, We are very happy with them ... the only thing is their communication which we're working on. It's got a good vibe when you walk in ... it doesn't scream nursing home. I feel like I'm going to my mom's house. Definitely recommend ... they are a hidden gem!

Another rent increase. 8% - greatly exceeding quoted rent. This puts resident in a very scary position. Relying upon accurate dollar rental quotes is essential for financial planning. Sadly, New Perspective is not abiding by that.
