PositiveThe staff has been very helpful from our initial contact to move in to today. each week there are activities that my mom looks forward to participating in. the building, grounds have always been clean. among the deciding factors for us to move mom here was room size and cleanliness. also, we noticed a lot of people around on our first visit-staff and residents.

PositiveThe space is bright and cheery and up to date. Dining area feels like a cozy café with good acoustic and the distance to the apartment from elevator is not a long walk. Amenities and activities are more than what she could possibly use. The main reason we chose this place over the others is that the residents engaged with Mom each time we visited. It felt like a nice transition from living alone

PositiveWe have had a great experience with New Perspective of Oakdale. [name removed] and the front desk staff are always very helpful with questions, and everyone has made my mom feel welcome. She has only been there a few weeks now, but so far all has been good. I would give it a 5 on the scale! Since she is independent and been there such a short time, I don't know enough of the other staff to comment on. But everyone we have seen around the facility is friendly and always has a smile!

PositiveWe've had a great experience so far with New Perspective. Minor food consistency issues. The facility is always clean and has fun holiday decorations. The staff is always helpful if we have questions. We appreciate the fact there are always staff and residents around when we visit. We've had residents approach us when we were first visiting that wanted us to know how much they enjoyed living there!
