Our initial interactions were positive, but our experience with other staff was less supportive. Rather than working collaboratively to address concerns, communication often felt critical and unhelpful. Given that our loved one was adjusting to significant life changes, we had hoped for a more compassionate and solution-oriented approach. Overall, we were disappointed in how our family was treated despite our efforts to be cooperative and engaged.

PositiveReview for Sunrise of Roseville
The staff was very good to my father. They brought in superior hospice and that helped him immensely. I would recommend that for anybody that's having issues in that facility. The food definitely changed once new perspective took over from Sunrise, but that could've just been my dad's taste as well.
