The population is smart, fun, friendly, and educated. They have been through 4 chefs in as many months so who knows about the food. The apartment is small but we came from a 5 bedroom house.

Everything is excellent, the staff is great. I was first in an apartment on the 14th floor. There are 2 floors that allow small dogs, and there was a dog barking way too much. I complained and it took awhile but they moved me to 12th floor. It's quiet! I'm very happy now!

I love the kenwood. The staff are flexible and helpful and really stay in touch with what's happening in the community. I also LOVE that the dining room includes breakfast in rent. What a great way to encourage a 78 year old man to get out of his apartment and meet people! Gotta get your money's worth!

I moved in this week and am thrilled to live the rest of my life at The Kenwood. I've made many new friends and was even reacquainted with one of my old college professors from 50 years ago. I am a writer and avid reader and have many kindred spirits surrounding me. I am also living with Parkinson's Disease and will be part of their exercise and support groups. The neighbors and staff are outstanding. The food is great and the. conversation is always amazing.
