It's all about the staff. Highly recommended.

The day-to-day care teams are outstanding. Well trained, very personable and friendly. Administrative staff is excellent and easy to work with. Sometimes it takes a while to get answers to non urgent questions, but that's just a minor annoyance. They were great to work with during the move-in process. Housekeeping staff is thurough, efficient and friendly. Numerous activities are available everyday. Downtown location makes outings to various entertainment venues faster and easier.

After touring multiple facilities over two and a half years, I finally discovered Abiitan in downtown Minneapolis. Although it was built roughly eight years ago, it looks and feels brand new. The shared areas are spotless, the units are large and filled with natural light. My mother turned down at least a dozen other places we explored before she fell in love with Abiitan. Lively contemporary urban community

We had a really great tour in which we were told it was not a “bingo” community. My mom fell in love with the intellectual and artistic activities from the [name removed], [name removed], and the MN Orchestra. She also likes the bar and restaurant that brings in lively night life. Many might find urban noise irritating but for Mom it makes her feel alive and part of the world.
