★★★★★
PositiveThe food is good, short of doing room help, my cleaner is excellent, comes once a week. We are independent so we don' t need extra help. Have heard both sides some are very happy with assistant living, others don' t feel they get help they need or on time. The staff are working hard to make it a better place to live.

PositiveEveryone is very helpful with questions. The only suggestions I might consider implementing would be a "new resident guide". It's been quite the process getting mom acclimated to the places/people/activities without one. We're relatively new to the system and I'm still figuring out the day-to-day while helping mom as much as I can. CriticalMy dad and mom moved in there for 2 months. I almost sued them for lying to me about showering my father. he eneded up with a severe UTI. We left. I hope they have better training and supervision over there now, but those things take time. i wouldn't send my loved one there any time soon. It's too bad because it's a pretty cool facility. Really nice facility with activities, but check in and stay on top of your loved ones' care. If I had to do it again, I'd get a camera to ensure my dad was getting what he was su…

PositiveThe staff are very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one.
★★★★★
PositiveThey have had some leadership challenges with interim staff holding some positions. I believe this has resulted in some staffing challenges. They have some wonderful staff members who need quality leadership to help them shine. Honestly, the difference between the cultures at the NP in Sun Prairie and the [community removed] is big. While we were relatively satisfied with Sun Prairie, [name removed] puts Sun Prairie to shame. They are really excellent (we move my Dad to [name removed] after my Mom passed to be clos…
