All staff at the New Windsor Country Inn truly go above and beyond to care for and accommodate their residents. I had been the sole caregiver of my wife with Parkinson’s Disease for 12 years prior to making the decision that I could no longer provide the care that she needed. It was extremely difficult for me to do as my prior experiences with such facilities for my parents was disappointing to say the least. My mom is a resident and she is well taken care of. They keep me informed of on her dietary changes- doctors come to facility so I’m not interrupting her routine. They have daily activities-social time. The room is cleaned- she assisted with bathing. Staff are pleasant and informative.

My elderly brother became a resident of New Windsor Country Inn in November, after being released from rehab after a fall. I am truly grateful for the staff and owners on NWCI. They go above and beyond, always. The food is tasty, the facility is well maintained and clean and the activities are engaging. My brother really likes it here and it is such a relief to know how well he is taken care of. I would give them 10 STARS if possible. I very highly recommend!

We needed to find an assisted living place for mom quickly because staying in her own home was no longer an option. After touring a few different places someone told us about the NewWindsor Country Inn. A few minutes after we walked in we knew that this was the perfect place for her. Many of our family and friends have or are in assisted living facilities in New York and other states. This facility, New Windsor Country Inn, is far superior in every way to the others I have visited. It’s extremely clean, and the staff is very attentive to the needs of their family.
