PositiveEverything is pretty wonderful except her mom and laundry can messy at times. Meals are amazing and room size is generous. The only bad thing is the laundry put away is disorganized and her room can be messy, like the bathroom needs to be wiped down and the floors cleaned.

CriticalGenerally the room his room was not clean when I visited. Generally the quality of care was poor when I visited something was always amiss with my that's care. Sometimes they would hustle in when they saw me and kind of act like they were always on their way. The food look like crap and my dad hated it all. I think the activities were lame. [name removed] is an amazing Director of Activities, [name removed] is so friendly and [name removed] the RN is so sweet. They all care so much and know every resident and treat them like family.

PositiveThe facility is exceptionally clean and the staff is very helpful, present and available. As far as the value for the money that rates a 2 the care givers passing meds are not RNs or LPNs. He needs help with the bathroom, meds and meals so the basics. The owners of these facilities are multi millionaires that never visit where their money comes from. Sorry for the bitter tone. The cost is ridiculous.

CriticalThe staff is super friendly and nice. Both the aids and the administration. The place is clean - but has this nasty HVAC noise 24/7 in the AL portion. The food looks good and the people preparing and serving it are super. Mom quickly went to MC and it's not noisy there. We have never had to navigate this. Staff, as friendly as they are, were not good at helping us understand the policies and practices or what to expect. The evaluation of mom was way off and she ended up in MC within 2 weeks. She has fallen 3 times …
