PositiveMy dad does like it there. We are generally happy with his care there. Yes, we would recommend North Georgia Assisted Living to other families.

CriticalMake sure that you are on top of things and visiting and advocate for your loved ones. The staff who were here when my loved one was here you had to make sure to stay on top of them. I wrote a letter and they did not do much about it - I was disappointed. They left her in her diaper for a very very long time. PositiveThis was the newest facility we saw. It was really pretty and very nice. I didn’t get to eat the food, but they had a lot more space here - bigger dining areas and recreation areas. When you walk into the lobby, it's really pretty. I met some of the people, and all of them seemed happy. The lady who took us on the tour was very helpful. She did a great job.

CriticalI toured this community and I didn't feel good about it at all and was really to far out of the way. They dropped the ball a little it felt like they were new to the program on how things work in communities.
