Very happy with the staff. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. The place is very clean. Also love the time that the staff spends with the people and helping out with activities.

Sure has changed

The Northridge Senior Living used to be a great place to live. Since new management has taken over, things have gone down hill. Services have been cut. Food is still fine but not as good as it once was. The residents are still friendly. Management comes across as cold and not welcoming at all. Came in making changes to things that worked well just to make changes. I was always amazed at how the building was decorated for any holiday. It really made it seem so warm and homey. Good, but no longer great

Northridge was wonderful - 4.5/5, prior to change in ownership this summer and huge turnover of staff. I would say it is more like a 3.5/5 at the moment...they have reduced their transportation services, no longer have staff to run in house activities like bingo, etc. Meal options have been greatly reduced. My oved one is not looking to move, as they have made friends there and it is still more affordable than other places of same quality. Northridge is the perfect blend of independent living yet supports in food, house cleaning, transportation, etc. It was exactly what we were looking for at an affordable price. I would recommend to anyone who asked.
