★★★★★
PositiveWas a good place. Nice place for family members. Will use this place. Will like to see again. Staff was his. Plane was clean.
★★★★★
CriticalI can tell you my mom likes the facility but the food situation is terrible she has to supplement her food with Walmart items, she said some of it isn't edible, I don't understand as expensive as care is why they can fix decent meals. I would give it a 5 if not for the food problem but would have to say 2.5 due to the food situation.

PositiveI have been very pleased with my mom’s experience at Oak Hill Place. Most importantly, she is happy there, which means everything to me. The staff has been consistently kind, attentive, and communicative, keeping me well informed about her care. When my mom arrived, she had a small bed sore that developed at a previous rehab facility. CriticalShe really likes the facility and the administration there, but she tells me the food is terrible and she can't eat a lot of it, I'm having to supplement her with Walmart orders, because she can't always eat. I'm not sure if you are aware of it or not. They get a 3 strictly because of the food, the care is great!
★★★★★
PositiveThe staff treats the residents like family. Facility is clean. Staff is very friendly. The entire staff takes pride in their jobs. I also feel like part of their family. They treat me like family. The rooms are technically whatever size is open with an option to move to a larger or smaller size when one becomes available.
★★★★★
PositiveI definitely do recommend this facility to others. The communication with staff is excellent. If they are not available, they return calls when they are available. They keep us informed of what is happening, and encourage our input. Staff is not only professional, but friendly. Housekeeping standards are excellent. On each of my numerous visits, I have found the facility to be immaculate in relation to cleanliness. In relation to meals, my father states they are delicious and he receives more than enough food.
