It is definitely not a high-end, bougie experience with one-to-one care that you would pay thousands of dollars more for. It is solid, caring, very good care. The food is average to better than average, they have healthy snacks, and spa water that they pass out to the residence in the afternoon. I placed my mom In the facility six months ago. She's what I would call a pistol! The staff was so helpful and gentle with her move there. She gets lots of hugs! I recently decided on Oak Ridge for my mother who is suffering from Alzheimers/dementia after taking a tour and being very impressed by the facilities and staff. And I have to say I have ZERO regrets choosing Oak Ridge. Everyone there, from the front office staff to the nurses and caregivers, are great. The facility is always well kept, and the daily activities and interactions with other residents and staff has done wonders in keeping my mom in good spirits! 10/10!!
