Highly Recommend

We are very happy here and can highly recommend it. For many units, however, there is a waiting list and believe me, you are vetted very carefully. They check medical, long term care insurance (if you have it or not and what benefits), what funds you have, etc. Much more thorough than any of our mortgages, trust me. The residents and staff are wonderful, very welcoming.

Great Experience all around

I would give all of those a 5+. My main approval has been that you seemed well staffed (rather than understaffed!) and each resident in Memory Care is attended to at all times. The food is great and my friend has even gained a little weight. I am also grateful that the variety of activities means that she has something to do all the time. Again, I give Oak Trace a 5+ rating.
