She would not answer my questions regarding cost of care and explaining the different care levels available. I would rate the overall experience at Oakmont to be a 5. The staff take very good care of the residents. The facility is very clean and attractive. The apartment size is just right for my mother. The food ranges from good to excellent. The Thursday night entertainment is great. The residents really enjoy the live music. I appreciate the exercise classes. I do wish my mother would choose the healthier options on the menu and participate in more activities, but I can't convince her to do what she's unwilling to do
