They are very responsive. They call me to recommend things to make live better for my brother. The facilities are uplifting, clean, and easy for him to navigate. I am thinking about having someone visit with him and take some of the loneliness away. Take him outside and open up his life a bit. Maybe 3-4 times a week for 4 hours or so.

Oakmont is awesome. Mom is so happy there! The apartments are huge with the bedroom separate from the living room, small but separate kitchenette. The grounds are beautiful, she takes walks everyday after dinner. Staff is great, mom feels very safe.

I found them very unorganized. They accepted my sister to come from Rehab into the facility. They cashed her [removed dollar amount] deposit and the day before she was to come there they said they can't accept her because her sugar was too high which it was high because of Rehab, she was not eating right or taking insulin the way she does at home so it took me a while to get that back, but I have all the frustrations of filling out all the forms and going through all this for them to say that the day before really …
