Oakwood Residence is the best place for my sister. There's nothing I can say bad or negative about how clean, how they keep my sister active and well fed. The staff is so good with me and never had a question that was not answered. Give it 5+ stars, mention the director, who held my hand first the very 1st time I met her. I'm not sure if you can mention her name or not, but she was an angel that went over and above to help me with all my fears, questions and concerns, and still does. If you can give her a shout-out…

We are very happy with Oakwood Residence. My mom is very happy there. I would give a 5 but I'm not happy with the fact that every time I call to check on my mom or want her to call me, I get the rehab side & the put me through & there's never an answer. Overall I'm happy with this place. Staff is really nice & my mom is happy. Of course she doesn't like the food, but I'm sure it's hard to please & cook for everyone. I only wish there was a direct line to the residents side. I would like to be able to call my mom & …
