Treated like family

The admin [name removed] went above and beyond. She treated us like family. She was always available on cell. She was with my mom when she passed. I could not believe the amount of personal care. The rooms are nice, doesn't feel like an old nursing home. I saw women sitting together having Bible study. It was such a sweet environment.

Highly recommended this wonderful community for your parent

I would say that Idaho give them a 5 on everything. It was above and beyond what I expected. I didn't know anything about activities because my mom was literally at the end of her life. But everything else was just wonderful. I hope when I begin to age and need some assistance with living that I can find a place like Oxford. The people who live there are not only getting quality care, they are living in community and enjoying life. It was really sweet to see.

Beautiful Place AND people

It is my heartfelt opinion that it would be very hard to find a facility more caring than Brookdale. Day in and day out they strive to be all they can be for the residents there. You can feel the love in the air and also as you look around. They are definitely stand-outs in the assisted living field. They richly deserve the highest of accolades.

very disappointed

When I put my husband here they said we could take care of him no problem. He was there for 8 days and they called and said pick him up. They had very little and no activities that I saw. I would not send a loved one to this facility.

Would recommend this community

The care services at Brookdale Weatherford are good, our loved one moved in right after COVID started. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating.Overall we have been very pleased with this community.

I had recently taken a tour of this community for my loved one and I have no complaints of how things had went. The staff where on time to our appointment and where very friendly throughout our visit. I liked the open floor plan that was easy to navigate through and all of the great amenities for the residents. It was just not the right fit for us in the end decision but I would recommend it to anyone who was interested.
