At Paramount Senior Living at Polaris we offer 24 hour on site nurses. On site licensed skilled nurses 24 hours a day, that offer various clinical capabilities: Wound Management Medication Management and Administration Diabetic teaching and administration of insulin and medications Bowel and bladder training Full Service physical therapy program: Licensed physical therapists to provide; post stroke, post surgical, and restorative services Three delicious, well-balanced meals served daily, featuring a variety of choices, assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming, snacks available throughout the day, weekly housekeeping and daily trash removal, weekly personal laundry and linens (except dry-cleaning), social, educational, spiritual, and recreational programs, scheduled group transportation, daily afternoon socials, social and educational programs for families, scheduled resident and family meetings.

They are all talk and they did not own their lack of care. I am so sad I sent my father to this facility. They bait and switch. Families on what the experience is. The leadership would own none of the mistakes. They appear to be angry and jaded about what they do. They blamed us for the communication. They said we did not do things. They owned nothing. After we turned them into the State they gave a refund but we had to fight like hell to get it. They did not give my dad all his meds. They needed to weigh him daily…
