The gospel jazz concert on Friday was lovely.

I was invited by my client (a resident) who said it was going to be a talent show. I attended on Friday with no expectations. I was really surprised. The performance was lovely. I loved how they went from gospel music to jazz. It was all wonderful and enjoyable. It was good to see all the residents surely enjoying themselves. The servicers handling the refreshments were wonderful also. I thanked my client for inviting me.

Peace of Mind

Our representative was very helpful and explained everything. I didn't give a 5 only because I had to call a couple of times for a follow up and felt that I should have received a faster response.

Fun place

The staff is excellent. When I first came [Name Removed] greeted me with the biggest smile. She took me on a tour the resident greeted me which I was so surprised how friendly everyone is. I was also greeted by the property manager [Name Remvoed], who was very nice who also greeted me with a big smile. They have a lot of activities that I enjoy doing on Fridays, they have movies and popcorn, crocheting, and other activities if you’re looking for a place to stay, this is the place for you.

My mom is happier now than she's ever been.

The office staff was very helpful and friendly from the beginning. They have made my mom feel very comfortable there and they help with getting her involved in the activities. The activities director keeps me updated of the activities and when my mom participates and she encourages her to be involved. They have been a great help since the move in. The other residents have been friendly as well.

Critical

Photos are nice but in person is totally different

I don't know when these photos were taken, but I live here and this is not what I see. The entrance is not secure. The office and front lobby is secure. But anyone can enter the complex through the gate that's not manned. The fence that surrounds the complex has 5ft panels north and south of the (unguarded entry) at least 6 or missing, people walking down Franklin rd just walk right in through open gaps, where they goes, who knows. I come home after and am not comfortable. Some tenants have no pride in where we liv

Decent Living...

Park @ Franklin changed ownership lately. Prior to that the apartment size is adequate for 1 bedroom, no rodents noticed, the staff I had contact with -were good. They had activities planned weekly. Not sure if activities still take the residents out.
