A dedicated Life Enrichment Director is in charge of planning a wide range of cultural, social, and recreational activities, along with field trips. Our onboarding experience at American House Park Place was excellent. The staff was accommodating and informative. Good local contacts. They were responsive to my questions and concerns. My uncle has been there about 2 months and he has been a bit slow to adjust but getting better. The food is excellent and the staff is friendly and knows each resident. They offer a variety of food. I have eaten lunch there several times and it is always very good. If you don't like the main choices you can always order a hot dog or hamburger. Staff is friendly and always helpful. They offer many activities.

Park Place was the right fit for my dad. We toured 12-15 communities before deciding on an independent community. Park Place has an excellent leadership team. Activities are middle of the road. Staff are friendly & always available to help residents. Food is middle of the road. Internal ala carts services allows residents to age in place by adding on fee for service support. PositiveGreat place for retirement living
The staff seems to be very friendly and caring toward their charges. There are a lot of different activities that they put on. My mother has made new friends, she has made use of on-site physical therapy, and to my surprise, she has been going to the on-site exercise classes. It took my mother about two weeks to get used to the place, but she does seem to be happier at Park Place than she was in her house, just a few weeks ago.
