Our onboarding experience at American House Park Place was excellent. The staff was accommodating and informative. Good local contacts. They were responsive to my questions and concerns. My uncle has been there about 2 months and he has been a bit slow to adjust but getting better. The food is excellent and the staff is friendly and knows each resident. Park Place was the right fit for my dad. We toured 12-15 communities before deciding on an independent community. Park Place has an excellent leadership team. Activities are middle of the road. PositiveGreat place for retirement living
The staff seems to be very friendly and caring toward their charges. There are a lot of different activities that they put on. My mother has made new friends, she has made use of on-site physical therapy, and to my surprise, she has been going to the on-site exercise classes. It took my mother about two weeks to get used to the place, but she does seem to be happier at Park Place than she was in her house, just a few weeks ago.
