Parkside Senior Living and Memory Care at Snellville

[name removed] led me on a tour of the facility, which appears to be clean and well maintained. The building is secure, and the residents appear to be happy and content. When the time comes to have to consider placing your loved one into assisted living or memory care, I encourage you to call [name removed]. She was informative and professional, while also being empathetic and kind.

The facility was clean and well maintained. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for an assisted living facility

The facility is super nice but not suitable for my mom. Unfortunately as we are Indian and she eats predominantly Indian food, she will not be able to adjust. The courtyard is very nice and so it the balcony for her to sit outside and just watch nature which she loves. I would love to bring my mom to this location if food was not the biggest obstacle for us.

The Oaks at SNELLVILLE was by far the worst place I've lived in. They are unstaffed and the night shift could care less about those people who need their help. I spoke with a night nurse about a lady who couldn't get in her room. And she just when back to looking at the internet. I wouldn't put a dog in that place. I was there 40 days 10 to figure out they where [removed] with a 30 days notice. Don't recommend them to anyone.
