Good care

My father in law passed away this month. The nursing staff was caring but the administration was terrible. They are very unresponsive. Loved the staff otherwise

Review for Paul House and Healthcare Center

I picked this community, because it was near my home, the sales director at the time, [name removed]made me feel really comfortable with me leaving my aunt under her care, and the pricing was the most reasonable of my options.

Disappointed

One day after leg surgery which necessitated elevation of the leg & only partial weight bearing — — there was no recliner type chair or ottoman on which to put her leg on & very little help in getting to the bathroom. Tiny cups for water — no pitchers.

One of the worst

Do not put your loved ones at this facility. My mom was neglected , had water withheld for two days”ice machine broken”. The staff were frustrated and made her wait to be bathed and long wait times and frustration for bathroom help. They tried to make her go to bed early to not deal with her. She ended up taking a fall due to their negligence forced her to stand and hold on to metal pole when she told them she couldn’t. They don’t care about the patients, only seem to care when family is present. I guarantee none o

This community was okay but there was another community that made us more comfortable that we ended up going with.
