My mom really likes it there. All the staff is nice to her and us as visitors. The food is delicious, and menu is well thought out. The facility is well kept, clean and no bad odors. My mom's only complaint is that she is tired from doing all the activities haha! That's a good thing. My only complaint was not getting callbacks promptly. It happened twice and one was a good reason for timely response, the other had no reason and took 5 days to receive a callback. All and all super satisfied that we chose The Legacy …

So far we really like the Legacy at Crystal Falls. The building is kept clean and is very nice. They have an amazing Activites Director, [name removed], who works really hard to see their needs met and have fun. The meals are kind of hit of and miss. Mom likes the majority. The dining room is very nice. They have a nice courtyard that we enjoy year round. The staff are friendly and helpful. Especially those who work with the residents. The rooms are nice and are taken care of.
