PositiveThe staff and tenants at Spring Valley are so welcoming and friendly. There is always something going on. We enjoyed our experience greatly. There is Happy Hour every Friday with live entertainment! The location was a bonus as it was connected to the hospital.

PositiveI have always been happy with the environment and helpful and friendly staff. The tenants seem happy to live there and enjoy all the activities they get to do. They enjoy going on outings too. Also live entertainment coming in most every week.

PositiveOverall they really are working hard to try to meet the individual needs of the senior individual. My mom has, for example, gluten intolerance, so they're working with her to accommodate that with their meals. They've been willing to work with her in terms of unique needs, or even just billing and cost needs that she has.
