We really love how much they care about their tenants. They actually interact with and know their tenants. When they have a holiday and the dining room is closed they make sure to deliver sandwiches to each tenant so that they have dinner or a snack so that the kitchen staff can have time with their families. They are also very quick to get back with my family when we have questions.

The staff has been so over the top helpful and welcoming to my mother. Also all maintenance requests were handled in a timely and satisfactory way. Mom hasn't had any complaints about food and thought the Mother's day brunch was impressive. She is starting to venture into activities and finds everyone welcoming. The place is very clean. Overall, it's a great fit for my mother.

PositiveI am happy at Pineridge of Plumbrook.
It has been a great place to live. You get 3 meals a day and the food is good. There are several activities and pretty much something for everyone. Laundry and housekeeping are offered on a weekly basis or you can do your own laundry in the laundry room. Other amenities include a hair and nail salon, an excercise room, a library, a puzzle room, a chapel, a movie theatre, a music room, arts & crafts and other games take place in an activity room which is also a kitchen. Positive5 year - love it
The workers are my family. I love come down each morning and visiting with them. It’s the same staff who take care of the residents. You can tell they enjoy working at Plumbrook and they enjoy the residents
