Care Types Offered Pinnacle Assisted Living is an assisted care living facility (ACLF) , which in the state of Tennessee is a facility that provides assistance with non-medical activities of daily living, administration of typically self-administered medications, and medical services subject to the limitations of these rules to residents. PositiveWe chose The Pinnacle on Schaeffer because it was a very new nice facility and it was all one level. It was very clean when we walked in and they have big, spacious rooms. Everyone that I talked to during our tour was very nice. Also the price was good compared to others that we looked at. It has a really nice feel and is back in a wooded area, so the surroundings are pretty. I would tell others that it is a better facility for people who are more independent.
