They are very good and caring to my mom. They handle things without calling me unnecessarily. But also they struggle keeping ample staff sometimes. (I know that's a problem everywhere) We picked them because it was one set price. No add on's. Location, ad it was a smaller community.

We chose The Pinnacle on Schaeffer because it was a very new nice facility and it was all one level. It was very clean when we walked in and they have big, spacious rooms. Everyone that I talked to during our tour was very nice. Also the price was good compared to others that we looked at. It has a really nice feel and is back in a wooded area, so the surroundings are pretty. I would tell others that it is a better facility for people who are more independent.

I have been very pleased with The Pinnacle. The food is good. The room sizes and layout of the community are great. They have two big outdoor courtyards for residents to use. The staff is very nice and I feel they have done a good job.
