CriticalWhen my mom first moved in in April, 2026, things were great. The staff was very friendly and engaging. The meals were good for my mom, the place was clean, no odors in the hallway. Fast forward to now: there has been an excessive amount of staff turnover, from upper management to lower staff. Management response time has become poor, if at all, when there's an issue for which I'm needing clarity. My mom doesn't get her meds on time everyday. Depending on who's dispensing the meds determines if the issuer is wea…

PositiveWe had a couple of hiccups with move in like the TV box being lost and it taking a while to get it replaced. Overall happy though. Friendly staff and overall an easy process. I would recommend it yes. The only other thing I would say is it is difficult at times to know who to talk to about a concern. There's not really a single consistently available point person so sometimes you have to be persistent. But honestly it was the nicest facility I visited, the most responsive during the application and admissions proce…

PositiveNice place. On the smaller side not a large corporation. Conviently located for me. Tour answered many questions

PositiveThe price and the location. But she has had quite a time getting rid of a bed sore and no one gave her a shower for at least the first week. They came in one time at 4 o'clock, but she was too tired at that time. I'm quite sure they told her that she could keep her old hospice company, but then they didn't let her after all.

PositiveAdministration staff were professional and easy to reach (especially [name removed]) Front desk staff were very respectful and attentive to our needs. Memory care staff took good care of my mother as well as staff from St. Croix hospice. Facility was nice and clean. Room was good size and clean as well. Food was good. Staff offered activities even though my mother could not participate due to her condition. I would recommend that you visit the facility as the one price for rent and care giving are fixed.

CriticalMany of the staff members here are kind and clearly care about the residents. The concern is not with the individual caregivers, but with the overall ownership and support structure. There appear to be ongoing issues with communication, staffing, training, turnover, and consistency of care. When staff seem frustrated or overwhelmed, it feels like they are not being given the support or resources they need to do their jobs well. For residents who are mostly independent and able to advocate for themselves, this may…
