CriticalLack of staff
In my opinion they are not staffed well in the memory care area. I can't speak for the assisted living side. I would say they need to revisit their model . The residents do not get one on one care. They don't seem to have time to do the essentials. Management doesn't spend much time in the area to see the problems. Some of the aids here are so nice and try so hard but I don't feel like they get the support. The activities are great. They try to keep the resident busy and moving.

A lot of staff sitting on their phones, don’t watch the patients. Left my loved one 2 days with fecal matter in his pants and shoes. All his belongings disappeared and they allowed men and women to sleep in each other's rooms. The facility is nice to look at and is clean, the food is good but the care is terrible.

PositiveTremendous Welcome to a Beautiful Community
Recently, I visited Promise Pointe in Temple Terrace. First, it was a great and convenient location since you can get there off of Fletcher or Fowler as they connect to Morris Bridge. This is a huge plus for visiting residents coming north or south on I-75. The community is spacious and beautifully decorated. The daytime concierge is so friendly and welcoming that she makes you feel immediately at home.
