PositiveI visit my mom every day and the facility is always clean and cheerful looking. The staff always says hello and they are very nice to my mother even though sometimes she can be difficult. Better quality food would be nice. Fresh vegetables.. I have heard the food is bland, but I haven't eaten it.
Response from the communityThank you for sharing the overall experience that you and your mom have had at Providence Living at Hunter's Creek. We appreciate feedback on any aspect of our community so that we may adjust our performance, deliverables and practices. Please don't hesitate to encourage mom to attend the Food Committee meetings that are held monthly (you are welcome to attend also!). Or, you may request a meeting with our Dining Services Director to share your observations and suggestions. Thank you for the opportunity to care for your mom.

CriticalRealize that every Assisted Living Facility is short on workers...don't expect everything to run smoothly. All I recommend is that people need to do their due diligence when selecting an Assisted Living Facility.
